Whether you’re a curious beginners, a food and beverage professional, or even if you’re preparing for your next WSET or Sommelier exam, we help you develop a deeper understanding of your taste preferences. With over 15 years of work in the wine industry, Sam believes that wine education should be approachable, engaging, and rooted in real-world experience. As a WSET Diploma holder and certified educator for Levels 1, 2, and 3, he brings both depth and clarity to each event.
With a background in Wine Business from Sonoma State University, Sam has worked across the industry—from making wine in a cellar to representing importers in Africa and guiding customers in wine shops in North America. He has tasted wines on five of the six wine-producing continents and continues to teach students from around the globe, including everyone from non-drinkers to seasoned professionals and international diplomats.
